The Walton Career Closet (Career Closet) opened in August 2010 as a resource of upscale, gently used business casual and business professional attire available, free of charge, to all currently enrolled Walton College students. The Career Closet can help students with their professional dress needs whether it may be for an interview, a career fair, office visit, or on the job.
Location: Willard J. Walker Hall 106
Hours of Operation: Tuesdays and Wednesday 1 – 4 PM during fall and spring semesters or by a scheduled appointment.
Available by appointment only during summer and winter breaks.
The closet may be closed during weeks of large events, like the career fair due to staff supporting those events.
How It Works: Currently enrolled Walton College students can select up to 4 individual apparel items per semester (e.g. 3 ties and 1 shirt, or 2 blouses, 1 skirt and a pair of shoes) and 1 suit during an academic year. The clothes you take are yours to keep for FREE!
