Lindsey Steiger-Muck
Senior Director for Career Services
I’m Lindsey, the Senior Director for Walton Career Services. My role oversees and leads our career center. I’m focused on developing and maintaining our relationships with corporate and community partners to advance student employment outcomes, and am working to grow opportunities for students to have internships and full-time roles after graduation. I also work with employers to ensure the programming and curriculum we’re offering to students has them prepared to enter the workforce.
Eric T. Bradford
I’m Eric T. Bradford, the Director for Employer Relations and Technology Management for Walton Career Connections here in the Sam M. Walton College of Business. I’m responsible for the technology used by our department to support the career development of our students. I’m also responsible for maintaining existing relationships with employers, and I’m the first point of contact for building new relationships with companies interested in hiring our students. I help oversee and manage employer campus visits, on-campus recruitment and interviews, and employer programs. I enjoy providing students with as many opportunities to engage with organizations as possible!
Haylee Doss
Associate Director, Career Coaching & Student Programs
As the associate director for Career Coaching and Student Programs, I oversee the career coaching efforts in Walton and plan student programming centered around career and professional development. In career coaching I focus on supporting our graduate students through resume polishing, Interview Preparation, Job Searching, etc. Additionally, I help maintain our Walton Career Closet donations and storefront for students in Walton. Madison Stueve
As internship coordinator, I am the instructor for WCOB 310V and WCOB 320V, and also manage all internship applications for SCMT 3103, WCOB 310V, and WCOB 320V. I also provide career coaching for all Walton students and alumni, and host internship searching appointments to help students find internship opportunities that are eligible for academic credit.
Sydney G. Hill
Career Coach
In my role as Career Coach for Walton Career Connections, my days are dedicated to student career development and success which takes form in individual student appointments, class visits upon request, resource curation using the latest industry research and hiring trends, as well as supporting Walton Career Connections events. Students can receive coaching for major exploration, resume/cover letter review, internship/job searching, mock interviews, salary negotiation, and career fair preparation. With each students interests and overarching goals in mind, career coaching provides students with an individualized plan and access to resources that will help them reach said goals while addressing any concerns they may have. My goal is for all students seeking career development to feel confident not only in the plan we create but also confident in their abilities to reach their goals!
